A Look Ahead to 5 & 6

Good Monday evening! Here's what we are working on at WTVM for the news at 5 and 6:

The Muscogee County school district is facing millions in cuts, according to the chair of the school board, which is meeting at 5pm. And will there be a shakeup on the local school board? We'll have LIVE team coverage from tonight's meeting.

Kids who aren't even teenagers could soon be allowed to get Facebook accounts. Also, we'll investigate what one state is doing to monitor who sex offenders are friending on Facebook. Stay tuned for the details on both stories.

It's an update Auburn fans will want to hear. experts say the Toomer's Oaks could survive for a few more years. We have the latest on the plans to keep the iconic trees alive.
