Missing kids from Lowndes County, AL with family friend

The Alabama Department of Public Safety issued a statewide alert Monday for two missing 9-year-olds from Lowndes County, AL who are believed to be with a 73-year-old family friend.

Jordan Dejerinett and his sister Taylor Dejerinett were last seen Sunday in Hope Hull, AL.  Witnesses told authorities Jordan was wearing a black shirt and badge shorts, while Taylor was last seen wearing a blue and white jumpsuit.

The children were said to be in the company of Jack Mac Girdner, whose white 1988 Mercedes 560 was also said to be missing.

The kids are considered to be in danger. Girdner had been a friend of the family for at least three years.  If you have any information on the whereabouts of the children and Girdner please call police.
