COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

The Columbus Police Department is investigating the death of Michael Wynn Patrick II. He's the son of former Carmike CEO, Michael Patrick.

Wynn Patrick II, 30, was found dead Sunday evening in his home on Standing Boy Road Sunday. It's believed he may have died sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. that evening.

Patrick's body has been sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy. The case remains under investigation.  No foul play is suspected.
