Auburn Murder Suspect in Court Thurs; Mall Dress Code Angers Mom

 Desmonte Leonard in Lee County Courtroom Thursday Morning 

The man charged with three counts of capital murder in Saturday's shooting in Auburn will face a Lee County judge in the morning. Desmonte Leonard turned himself in to U-S Marshals in Montgomery last night after three days on the run.  We'll hear what he told police when he surrendered and from residents in a Montgomery neighborhood where authorities searched in vain for hours.

Mom and Daughter Asked to Leave Mall Because of Writing on T-Shirt

A Columbus mother says she and her 12 year old daughter were asked to leave Peachtree Mall because of what was printed on her daughter's T-shirt.  Tonight we talk to that mom and to mall officials about their dress code policy - a policy that many parents may not know about.

Fort Benning Change of Command

A new day is dawning on Fort Benning with a change of command on base.  The change comes as hundreds of soldiers prepare to ship out to the Middle East.
