Bond has been set for the Columbus teen charged in the death of his girlfriend, 16-year-old Hannah Gilmer.

Clayton Qualls,17, was in court Monday morning facing charges including vehicular homicide.

Authorities believe he was driving under the influence when he lost control of Gilmer's car late Friday night.

Meanwhile, News Leader 9 also learned Qualls was arrested for DUI just two weeks ago in Harris County.

His bond was set at a little more than $22,000.
