Bond hasbeen set for the Columbus teen charged in the death of his girlfriend, 16-year-old Hannah Gilmer.
Clayton Qualls,17, was in court this morning facing charges including vehicular homicide.
Authoritiesbelieve he was driving under the influence when he lost control of gilmer's carlate friday night.
Meanwhile,FOX 54 has also learned, Qualls was arrested for DUI just two weeks ago in Harris County.
His bond has been set at a little more than $22,000.
The police report says neither of the teens were wearing seat belts.
