Butcher on the Block is a full service butcher
shop offering a variety of gourmet products including fresh cut choice-aged
beef, fresh chicken and pork, seafood and homemade salads. BOTB prepares
ground beef fresh daily! (Approximately 90% lean and fresh ground round, which
is approximately 97% lean.) We offer homemade pork sausage, bratwurst, zesty
and mild Italian sausage and polish sausage.
BOTB features Boar's Head brand deli products. Our fresh deli sandwiches
are made to order and we will make up deli trays upon request. We
carry a large selection of gourmet products including specialty sauces and rubs
and frozen meals and sides. If you don't have time to make your whole meal from
scratch BOTB has a large selection of frozen stuffed chicken breasts, seafood and
vegetables. We also offer homemade twice baked potatoes, stuffed bell peppers,
lasagna and beef and chicken kabobs.
