CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Clifton man is facing charges after police say he called 911 multiple times to complain about the service at a Skyline Chili restaurant.

Christian Luckett, 20, is charged with one count of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

According to Hamilton County court records, Luckett was drunk when he made 10 calls to 911 on Tuesday to complain about the service at the Skyline at the corner of Clifton and Ludlow. A Cincinnati Police incident report shows that officers escorted Luckett out of the restaurant earlier in the evening for not paying for his food.

He told dispatchers that the officers committed a crime by asking him to leave and he wanted to press charges against them. He asked officers to respond to his apartment on Loraine Avenue for a domestic disturbance.

Multiple officers responded to the apartment, and Luckett was placed under arrest.

He has been released from the Hamilton County Justice Center. He waived his right to an attorney and will be back in court on July 12.
