SPRINGHILL, LA (KSLA) -

A Springhill woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death on Sunday.

Police say Mary Norton was arguing with her live-in boyfriend, 61-year-old James Hudson, when she allegedly stabbed him once in the chest with a steak knife.

Hudson was rushed to Springhill Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Norton is being held at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, charged with second degree murder.
