COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Area Little League officials are calling a recent brawl involving adults an embarrassment. Friday evening, a fight broke out after a game between Northern Little League and Harris County at Britt David Park.

It's believed the fight started not long after Iram King, 36, asked Charles Davidson, 38, to lower his music.  The two men fought outside the field as fans rushed to break up the scuffle. No injuries were reported

The men were arrested, released and given a summons ordering them to appear in court on August 16.

By the way, the Northern All-Stars beat Harris County 10-0 in four innings that evening to claim the District 8 Little League Major Baseball title.

Despite the commotion, the little league teams displayed great sportsmanship. Both teams took pictures together and ran a victory lap around the field - together.
