COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Muscogee Educational Excellence Foundation (MEEF) will host a school board candidate forum Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m.

The forum will be held at the Columbus Public Library on Macon Road in the auditorium.  

It's open to the public and News Leader 9's Chuck Leonard will be moderating.  We will live stream the forum on WTVM.com beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The Muscogee County School Board candidates are vying for seats in districts 1, 3, 5, and 7. They have all been invited to participate. 

If you want to be a part of the audience, get there early seats are limited.  Organizers hope this forum will provide the public with an informational understanding of all the candidates for school board.  Voters will make their decision on July 31.
