COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
Columbus police have made an arrest following a shooting at a mobile home park.
Keith Dewayne Miles, 32, is charged with shooting his wife and himself early Monday morning at Parkwood Mobile Home park off Farr Road.
Miles originally told police that someone else had shot into the home, but further investigation revealed Miles to be the suspect.
As for a motive, police say the couple had an argument after Miles return home.
Police say there were multiple children inside the trailer at the time of the shooting. Miles faces multiple charges including aggravated assault, cruelty to children and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
