LaGrange police searching for two men accused of aggravated assault, armed robbery

LAGRANGE, GA (WTVM) -

On July 26, 2012 at approximately 4 a.m., officers from the LaGrange Police Department responded to West Georgia Medical Center reference to subjects coming into the emergency room stating they were robbed.

Officers contacted the victims, Kenanti Cotton and Bryant Johnson, and learned the incident occurred at 403 Butler Street in LaGrange, Ga.

Upon investigation, it is believed the two young males entered the residence and held the victims at gunpoint with two shotguns. The suspects assaulted the victims and stole a cell phone before fleeing the scene.

The case is under investigation by the LaGrange Police Department Criminal Investigation section.
