COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Three Columbus men accused of murder made an appearance in Recorders Court this morning.
Jacinto Robinson, 21, Archie Gibson, 19, and Calvin Morris, 20, all pleaded not guilty to killing 31-year-old Damien McDonald earlier this week.
A Columbus investigator testified Robinson told police he set up a meeting with McDonald to buy marijuana.
During the exchange, investigators say Morris jumped out of a waiting car and shot McDonald twice. Both Robinson and Gibson told police they had no idea of Morris' plans.
All three are being held in the Muscogee County Jail without bond.
