LAKE LANIER, GA (WTVM) -

The man accused of boating under the influence at the time of a wreck that killed two Georgia brothers now faces felony charges.

Paul Bennett, 44, has been arrested and charged with first-degree homicide by vessel.

The arrest comes more than seven weeks after the collision that killed Jake and Griffen Prince on Lake Lanier.

Bennett was charged with boating under the influence on June 18 after his speedboat rammed the pontoon boat that the boys and 11 others were riding on.
