PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - In two weeks, voters in Phenix City will head to the polls to elect the next mayor and fill other offices in the city's government.

Tuesday night, dozens of citizens showed up to hear the candidates discuss issues affecting their community.

The four mayoral candidates -- Antonio Carter, Max Wilkes, Eddie Lowe and Johnnie Robinson -- talked about a wide range of topics, including the city's redevelopment and the white water rafting project.
