Ft. Benning’s Brig. Gen. Rodney Barham retiring

FORT BENNING, GA (WTVM) - One of the Army's top generals based at Fort Benning is getting ready to retire.

A retirement ceremony for Brigadier General Rodney Barham is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 18, at the National Infantry Museum in Columbus.

Barham is the Deputy Commanding General who oversees reserve components for U.S. Army Forces Command, the largest command in the Army responsible for 750,000 soldiers nationwide.

Barham served 33 years in the Army.
