COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

People of all ages will be heading to the circus this weekend.

The 49th Annual Shrine Circus is coming to town and will be putting on its big show at the Columbus Civic Center both Saturday and Sunday, complete with clowns, trapeze artists, dancers and drummers.

"We would just like to invite everybody out to enjoy themselves," said ringmaster Mark Cantrell. "It's a two-hour show. It's running so long because it's a great show. It's for a great cause; people enjoy it."

There are five chances to see the show. The three Saturday shows are at 11, 3 and 7, and on Sunday at 2 and 6.
