DESOTO COUNTY, MS -

(WMC-TV) – A judge has found the 'peeping preacher' guilty on 13 counts of video voyeurism.

Sammy Nuckolls is accused of secretly videotaping women while working as a traveling preacher.

In July, the pastor from Olive Branch waived his right to a jury trial, allowing the judge to determine whether he was guilty.

The judge found Nuckolls guilty of secretly taking women during religious revivals.  He had already pleaded guilty to two counts of video voyeurism earlier this year.

Both the defense and prosecution had their chance to present any last minute evidence before the judge made a decision on each of the charges.

A sentencing hearing is now underway. Both sides of the case would again have the chance to call witnesses to the stand.

Because he waived his right to a jury trial, Nuckolls will have the right to appeal the judge's ruling.

Action News 5's Anna Marie Hartman is in the courtroom right now.  She will keep us updated with what happens during the sentencing hearing.
