    Tuesday, St. Francis Hospital hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and a tour of their facility after completing construction to the building, which began in 2010.

An area pup is in need of help. Meet Little Miss Prissy. She is a special dog from Salem, AL who donates her time at area hospitals and hospices for animal-assisted therapy.

Lately, she's been having a hard time. Little Miss Prissy is in need of surgery to fix a painful leg disorder has disabled her to the point that it makes it difficult for her to walk.
