PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) -
Phenix City police are searching for a shooter who fired two shots into an SUV early Tuesday afternoon near the Riverview Apartments on 16th Street.
A mother and her three children were inside the black Tahoe when it happened. One of the children said her sister and the shooter got into a fight earlier in the day. As the sister was walking home, the shooter came up and pointed a gun at her. That's when she jumped in the SUV with her mom and other siblings.
The shots were fired into the back of the SUV, but no one was injured.
