COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Frank Jerel Carnes, 23, has been on the run for 4 months and authorities want your help locating him. He was originally arrested for eluding police and somehow he's managed to give the slip to Harris County Recovery Agent Joe Williams.

"We've made every attempt to contact him and his cosigners; of course we've had no success. All the information he has given us and the police department has been false information, so he may have some new charges here very soon," says Williams.

Carnes is 5'10" tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black deadlocks. According to Williams, Carnes is laying low with family and friends in the Columbus and Phenix City area.

"He's not considered armed and dangerous, he's a runner so it's just if anyone has any information that would get us where we can pick him up, like we say, we will give a reward out," Williams told News Leader 9.

So help police and Williams stop Carnes' running streak and help bring in. If you know where Frank Carnes is hiding you are asked to call Recovery Agent Joe Williams at (706) 580-9935.

Remember if your information leads to an arrest and conviction you can receive a cash reward.
