MERIWETHER COUNTY, GA (WTVM) -
A man was found not guilty on all counts Friday afternoon. Casey Spradlin was arrested two years ago after the death of, his then girlfriend's, 21-month-old son Brayden Robinson.
Prosecutors said the child had 63 injuries and there was no way he could have gotten all those injuries by accident.
The defense team questioned why the state did not call the doctors and nurses who treated the child in the hospital. They also questioned why Spradlin would snap with a child he loved.
