Fort Benning to observe Army Suicide Prevention Stand Down Day

FORT BENNING, GA (WTVM) -

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and on Sept. 27, Fort Benning will observe Suicide Prevention Stand Down Day. 

Fort Benning's Army Substance Abuse Program will host programs in Marshall Auditorium and at the Benning Conference Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Topics of discussion will include parenting, coping with redeployment, nutrition, grief, financial management and anger management.
