News Leader 9 has an update to a story we first told you about a few weeks ago.

A member of local law enforcement recently made some heavy accusations against the Harris County Sheriff's Department at the county commission meeting a letter was made public saying that after review the accusations are not true.

Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley was recently accused of mishandling thousands of dollars over several years.

The letter was read by commission members, saying that no funds were mishandled in the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
