Good Evening, I'm Barbara Gauthier in the WTVM Newsroom.  Here's a look at some of the stories we're working on for News Leader 9 at 11.

It's Friday night and that means high school football.  Sports Leader 9's Dave Platta will have all your highlights, scores and more from your favorite high school teams tonight in Sports Overtime.

Plus this - A Columbus man got an unwanted surprise this week when he found his two stolen puppies listed for sale on Craig's List.  News Leader 9's Curtis McCloud spoke with the man who is fighting to get his dogs back.

Opelika Teen Hurt in Car Crash

One of Opelika High School's star band members needs prayers from the community for a speedy recovery after the 11th grader was injured in a serious car crash this week.  We've got the latest on her condition and whether or not she's be able to rejoin the band anytime soon.

Hurricane Sandy Pounds Atlantic Coast

Hurricane Sandy continues its track up the eastern seaboard.  Dozens of people in the Caribbean have been killed in the storm's wake.  Chief Meteorologist Derek Kinkade is tracking the storm and will have the latest plus let us know if it will have any impact on our weather.
