Man escapes GA jail, possibly headed to Columbus or Quitman Co.

Quitman County Sheriff's Deputies tell us that a Georgetown man by the name of Timothy Hurst has escaped from the Miller County Jail.

Deputies believe Hurst may be heading back to Georgetown and possibly to Columbus where his brother lives.

Hurst was arrested earlier this year for stalking his ex-girlfriend in Quitman County.
