Epperly Tire to donate proceeds from oil changes to Valley Rescue Mission

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Epperly Tire & Auto Center will continue their Changing OilChanging Lives event by donating 100 percent of the oil change proceeds on November28 to the Valley Rescue Mission of Columbus.

"The Valley Rescue mission is an honorable organization,regardless of the season," said Epperly Tire owner, David Epperly, "but wefeel that they go above and beyond for the community during the holidays, so wewanted to support them in their efforts to provide for those in need duringthis time of year."

The Valley Rescue Mission is an organization that has served theColumbus area for nearly 50 years. They focus on improving the quality of lifefor the homeless and others in need.

They also strive to assist those who aresuffering from addiction or affected by poverty, helping them reenter societyas productive citizens.
