COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
Devon Bell, 23, is a man on the run and Muscogee County Sheriff's Deputies want him behind bars.
"Devon is wanted by the Sheriff's Office, his current charge is warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and violation of probation. His original charge is statutory rape," says Muscogee County Sheriff Deputy Jeffrey Hackey.
Hackey say he wants the search for Bell to come to an end. With your help that could happen. Bell is 5'11" tall and weighs 187 pounds. He has low cut black hair and brown eyes.
Deputy Hackey believes Bell may still be hiding out in the tri-city area. He doesn't consider him dangerous but says he should not be in the company of minors.
"Any adults who notice or see him should definitely keep their children away from him," says Deputy Hackey.
