BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

A five-year-old Alabama girl being treated for a brain tumor got the surprise of her young life today thanks to an organization called Magic Moments.

"Cinderella" came to the Birmingham airport this afternoon to tell Ella Rose Norris that she and her family were getting on a plane today to fly to Disney World and visit Cinderella's Castle.

Ella is from Thomasville and was diagnosed with a brain tumor when she was just 18 months old.

"Overjoyed. It's been a long time coming and she deserves it. She so deserves this. She's fought so hard. So, we're just happy," Tamara Norris, Ella's mom, said.

Magic Moments is a non-profit based in Birmingham that helps make non-medical wishes come true for critically ill Alabama children.
