NAPOLEONVILLE, LA (WAFB) -

A power outage is planned for early Thursday morning near Napoleonville.

The Assumption Parish Police Jury says that Entergy will be doing work on the Napoleonville substation, starting at midnight.  They expect to turn the electricity back on by 3 a.m.

The areas affected by the outage include Highway 1 from Assumption Waterworks to Paincourtville and Highway 308 from the Napoleonville Bridge to Plattenville.
