COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Black Friday seems to come earlier and earlier every year.  This year, Black Friday sales actually begin on Thursday night!  But how early is too early to get ready for the biggest shopping day of the year?  For a local Columbus woman, you can never be too early!

Best Buy employees contacted News Leader Nine on Monday saying there was already a small line forming for the big opening on Friday.  We caught up with a local woman who has a tent set up with a cooler, sleeping bag, chairs, refreshments, her crocheting utensils, and even a portable restroom.

Alice Valle of Columbus has been waiting in line at the Best Buy on Manchester Expressway in Columbus since 7:30 Monday morning.  She plans to stay in her tent until the doors open on Black Friday in order to be first in line for all of the great deals.

The doors will open at midnight on Friday, and employees will be handing out tickets two hours in advance to those in line.

Valle tells us that she wants to get a present for her youngest daughter and a new television.
