Grey Thursday

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Black Friday deals seem to come earlier every year, so early, in fact, there is now a Grey Thursday! Newsleader Nine was at the K-mart on Macon Road in Columbus early Thursday morning, where there were long lines as early as midnight! Their doors opened at six, and by that time there were almost 100 people in line!

What is usually a day of celebration, relaxation and giving thanks for some, is a day of waiting, shopping and savings for others.  Sisters from Salem, Alabama drove all the way to this K-mart to take advantage of the doorbusters.  Most of the people we spoke with in line tell us that they were in line waiting for electronics.  The Wii-U is expected to be the biggest seller this year.
