We're thankful for the opportunity to help find pets at Animal Care and Control homes for the holidays. Here's a look at today's pets that are in urgent need of homes.

TAG 306 is a female Domestic Medium cat. She's already spayed and will make a great addition to any home.

TAG 354 is a Domestic Short Hair male. He's around 6 months old and can't wait to join your family this holiday season.

TAG 320 is a rabbit, the first for us to showcase! The gender is unknown, but this loving and docile animal is sure to make a wonderful family pet.

TAG 381 is an adult make Chihuahua mix. He's affectionate and loves to cuddle. Make him a part of your family today.

Animal Control and Paws Humane are at full capacity, and the need for homes is imperative.

    A deadly virus is threatening the crawfish industry in Southwest Louisiana.
