PORT ALLEN, LA (WAFB) -

State Police have made an arrest in the hit and run accident that killed a Port Allen woman early Saturday morning. The crash happened just before 1:45 am on LA Hwy 76 east of LA Hwy 415.

The 1994 Ford van he was driving at the time of the crash has been submitted to the State Police Crime Lab for analysis.  Harrison has been booked into the West Baton Rouge Parish Jail.
