COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

WTVM is very proud that of the eight animals we showed last week, seven have been adopted into loving homes, and one was pulled from a rescue shelter. Here's a look at today's adoptable pets that deserve forever families, as well.

TAG 254 is an adult female Domestic Short-Hair. She's curious and loves to cuddle. Make her the newest addition to your family today.

TAG 70 is also an adult female Domestic Short-Hair. Her favorite pastimes are cuddling and taking naps. This loving girl is sure to be a wonderful pet.

TAG 4 is an adorable 9-month-old mixed-breed female. She's a playful and bouncy girl, ready to play fetch and give you lots of kisses as soon as you bring her home.

TAG 145 is a mixed-breed female. She's calm and gentle, and lots to have her belly rubbed. Rescue her and you'll be provided with a loving best friend.

Make sure you're doing your part to control animal overpopulation by ensuring your pet is spayed or neutered, as well as micro-chipped. Taking these steps will help lower the high numbers of animal homelessness and euthanasia.
