Officials tell News Leader 9 a jury found Peter Mallory guilty on all counts against him around noon in a LaGrange courtroom.

Mallory was charged with 64 counts including sexual exploitation of a child, invasion of privacy, and evidence tampering following a three-week trial.

 Officials tell us the jury began deliberations Monday around 1:30 p.m. and broke around 5 p.m. They began again on Tuesday morning and reached a verdict early in the afternoon.

Mallory's sentencing is set for Feb. 12, 2013 at 9 a.m. in Troup County. Officials tell us the judge revoked his bond and put him into custody.

Mallory is the former owner of TV 33, the local TV station in LaGrange.
