COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
News Leader 9 has learned that Marshall Middle School was on
lockdown Tuesday afternoon from about 3:08-3:20 p.m.
Valerie Fuller, Director of Communications for the Muscogee
County School District, says that there was a report of a person with a weapon
in a neighborhood near the school but not on campus.
Fuller says they put the school on lockdown just as a
precautionary measure, but everything has been lifted.
