COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Days after News Leader 9 told you about a fire destroying a family's home on Munson Drive The Red Cross is stepping in.

Everything Sara London and her family owned including clothes, appliances, and even Christmas presents for her five daughters were all reduced to ashes.

Members of the Red Cross team met with Ms. London Monday morning and they are helping the family with food, clothing and other neccessities.

If you would like to help the London family, you can do so by calling the family at (706) 573-1134 or send the gifts and donations to their temporary housing with family off Macon Road in Columbus. The address is 3928 Edgewood Circle. The family also has an account setup at all Wells Fargo locations under the name "Sara London".

The cause of the fire remains under investigation by Columbus Fire & EMS.
