HAMMOND, LA (WAFB) -

Three men have been arrested for selling stolen items.

According to reports, Keith Johnson, 35, Tryon McGee, 40 and Profit Guidry, 33, were spotted stealing iron from a gravel pit on Morrison Rd., then leaving in a pickup.

Detectives say they found the men 20 minutes later at a scrap yard unloading the stolen metal to sell it.

Johnson, McGee and Guidry were all charged with criminal trespass and felony theft.

Johnson was also charged with misrepresentation at booking and several outstanding warrants.
