GULF OF MEXICO (WAFB) -

A mystery substance is leaking from the wreckage of BP's Deepwater Horizon.

The Coast Guard noticed it, but investigators said the substance is not oil.

In fact, crews have not found any oil leaking from the wreckage in their recent efforts.

Experts are trying to find the source of continuing oil sheens in the Gulf of Mexico.

Scientists are running tests on the mystery substance and continuing to analyze underwater video for clues.
