Missing Phoenix woman found safe

BUCKEYE, AZ (CBS5) -

A 44-year-old Phoenix resident who failed to return home Tuesday after visiting with family in Buckeye on New Year's Eve was found safe on Thursday, police said.

There were signs of foul play, said Buckeye police spokesman Lt. Jared Griffith.

No other details were provided. Police and family members were concerned because Norma Vega-Casillas is deaf and mute and requires medication.
