Woman injured in Greenwell Springs crash

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A 70-year-old woman is in critical condition after a crash Friday morning.

Police say the woman was driving west on Greenwell Springs Rd. and was trying to make a left turn onto Platt Dr. when she was hit by an eastbound car.

The woman was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.  The driver of the other car was unharmed.

The crash is still under investigation.
