TUCSON, AZ (AP) -
Two Tucson men accused of killing two women days apart in unrelated cases have been indicted.
A Pima County grand jury has indicted 49-year-old Michael Donald Norris on a second-degree murder charge in the Jan. 8 death of Debra Scotko.
The Arizona Daily Star says 47-year-old Tyler Christopher Gunn was indicted on a first-degree murder charge in the Jan. 11 death of Katherine Lemberg.
Norris had originally been arrested on a first-degree murder charge and Gunn was originally facing a second-degree murder charge.
Tucson police found the body of the 51-year-old Scotko near a homeless camp. They say Norris was arrested near a partially dug grave.
Authorities say Gunn told them that he helped the 37-year-old Lemberg commit suicide.
Norris and Gunn both remain jailed on $250,000 bail apiece.
