COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Though it can be a challenge, giving an animal a second chance at life will make you a hero. Here's a look at today's pets at Columbus Animal Care and Control that need your help.

Tag 108 is a quiet and curious female calico cat. She enjoys lazy days and cuddling up with loving people. She will make a fantastic family pet.

Tag 135 is also a female calico cat. This sweet girl is talkative and playful. She loves to explore and spend time with people.

Tag 211 is thrilled at the thought of a loving home! This affectionate guy is spirited and playful. He will be a wonderful addition to a family with or without pets… but be ready to play!

Tag 131 is laid back and very loving. He loves belly scratches and being with people. He is sad to be at animal control, but is hopeful the right family will rescue him.

All of these animals are in urgent need of rescue. For information on how you can adopt, visit Animal Control at 4910 Milgen Road, or call (706) 653-4512.
