PHOENIX (AP) -

A federal judge has overturned a 2012 Arizona anti-abortion law targeting Planned Parenthood.

U.S. District Judge Neil Wake says the law's ban on Medicaid funding for non-abortion health care provided by abortion doctors and clinics violates federal Medicaid law.

Wake's ruling grants Planned Parenthood Arizona Inc.'s request for a pretrial verdict in its favor.

Wake last year had temporarily barred enforcement of the law.
