Police in Americus are searching for two men who robbed a convenience store.

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
The Columbus Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened just after midnight at a Walmart in north Columbus.
The holdup happened at the store at 5448 Whittlesey Boulevard around 12:15 a.m.
A police report indicates the men demanded money and one of the suspects was armed with a revolver.
The suspects are described as black men. One was said to be wearing a long white sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black and white sneakers and a camoflauge mask. The second suspect wore a hoodie, a black toboggan (hat), and khaki pants.
It's not known at this time what was taken in the robbery. This case is related to a carjacking that happened in Columbus.
