COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Several women came out Monday to the 9th Annual Heart Truth for Women hosted by St. Francis Hospital in Columbus.

The community educational luncheon helps bring awareness to heart disease, which is the number one killer of women.

This year's speaker was television host Zonya Foco, who spoke about making nutrition a fun part of your daily routine.

The audience was able to engage in nutrition games and other hands-on demonstrations to better understand how to stay heart healthy.
