COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
The man accused of killing a Columbus DJ is facing a judge Wednesday. This begins a three-day round of pre-trial hearings at the Government Center.
There are at least 100 pre-trial motions in the death-penalty murder case against Ricardo Strozier.
He's accused of killing disc jockey Heath Jackson in 2010.
The last time they were all in a courtroom together, Judge Gil McBride denied Strozier a chance at a new grand jury.
Investigators say Strozier broke into Jackson's home. When Jackson came home, it surprised Strozier who shot him twice.
