COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -
The man accused of killing a Columbus DJ is facing a judge Wednesday. This begins a three-day round of pre-trial hearings at the Government Center.
There are at least 100 pre-trial motions in the death-penalty murder case against Ricardo Strozier.
He's accused of killing disc jockey Heath Jackson in 2010.
The last time they were all in a courtroom together, Judge Gil McBride denied Strozier a chance at a new grand jury.
Investigators say Strozier broke into Jackson's home. When Jackson came home, it surprised Strozier who shot him twice.
He is charged with malice murder. Copyright 2013 WTVM. All rights reserved.
