BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

A guilty plea is expected from a man accused of making twitter threats against President Obama.

Jarvis Britton is scheduled to appear in court for a competency hearing and change of plea. He initially pleaded ‘not guilty' back in October.

The 19-year-old suspect is charged with threatening the president after investigators saw a post on his Twitter account that read, "let's kill the president."
